Diptych
A before-and-after gallery for cosmetic practices where every case carries its photo release dates - and comes down by itself the day the release ends.
For US plastic surgery, med-spa, dermatology and cosmetic dental practices on WordPress.
Not legal advice. The signed release stays in the practice's own records.

Inside Diptych
[diptych_gallery] - cases side by side, before and after, filtered by procedure, with a line under the gallery ("Individual results vary...") the practice sets.
Every case carries its photo release
the date the patient signed it and the date or event that ends it, as the signed form states (HIPAA asks an authorization to have one - 45 CFR 164.508(c)(1)(v)).
It comes down by itself
The gallery checks every case on every page load: a release that has expired or been revoked is off the page that day, with nothing scheduled.
"The patient revoked the release" - one press takes the case down and records the date; only a newer signed release brings it back.
Sensitive cases sit behind a warning the visitor presses to open - no javascript.
No patient name and no medical record
A case has your own case number; the caption and alt text are checked for names, dates, phone numbers, email and street addresses before a case can go up.
