A companies directory with [masthead]: A to Z, searchable by name, tagline and place, each company with its logo (or its initials) and how many jobs it has open.
A page for each company at its own address (yourboard.com/companies/harbor-bakery/): logo, tagline, website, X / Twitter, your own "about" words, every open job, and how many earlier ones have closed.
One company, however it was typed
"Harbor Bakery LLC", "HARBOR BAKERY" and "The Harbor Bakery" are one company. Look-alikes ("Harbour Bakery") are pointed out for you to join with one line.
Open means open
published, not marked filled, and not past its expiry date.
On every job
the company name links to its page, and an "About this company" box shows its other open jobs.
Your own words on top
an about, a better logo, a website or the name as it should be written, per company.
Search engines are told about each company (schema.org Organization), each page has its own title and canonical address, and a company that is not there is a real "not found".
