Requisite
Purchase order checkout with approved buyers, credit limits, the PO document, net-terms invoices and an aging report.
For WooCommerce shops that sell to schools, districts, libraries and government offices - who buy on a purchase order and pay on terms.
Requisite takes no card payments.

Inside Requisite
Approved buyers by email domain (subdomains count - a teacher at lincoln.district.k12.example is part of district.k12.example), each with net terms, a credit limit, an accounts-payable email and the date their tax-exemption certificate runs out.
Checkout asks for the PO number and refuses: an email that is not an approved buyer (unless you take those for review), a PO number the same buyer already used, and an order that would take the buyer over their credit limit - saying how much room is left.
The PO document : after ordering, the buyer uploads the PO PDF on the thank-you page. It is checked to really be a PDF and under 5 MB.
Invoices numbered in order, dated, due on the buyer's terms, with your remit-to details, the PO number and the lines of the order - emailed to accounts payable in one press, and the order moves to Processing.
Payments : record checks and ACH, part or whole; over-payments are refused as a likely typo.
Aging : not yet invoiced, current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days past due, by buyer.
To do : POs whose document never came, documents not yet invoiced, and buyers more than 30 days past due.
