Wishlists and gift lists where two givers can never buy the same last gift: shared by link, "2 of 4 still wanted", gifts counted from paid orders, and the surprise kept.

Wishlists and gift lists
a wishlist is for the customer; a gift list is for others to buy from.
Shared by a private link - there is no public directory of people's lists, and lists are never in the site's search.

givers see what is left, what has been given and what is being bought right now.
Never the same last gift twice
putting a gift in the cart holds it for 30 minutes; everyone else sees it as being bought. A checkout whose hold lapsed while someone else bought the last one is refused before any money is taken.
Counted from paid orders, never from clicks - and taken back if the order is refunded or cancelled.
"I bought it somewhere else" for givers who shopped elsewhere.

What happens if I delete the plugin?
Deactivating keeps everything. Deleting it (Plugins > Delete) removes every list. Orders keep a note of which list a gift came from.
Can the gift be sent to the list owner's address?
Not by Giftwell: the giver enters a delivery address at checkout as usual. The list's note is the place to say where gifts should go.
