Bidsheet
Silent auctions on guests' phones, with minimum raises, a closing countdown, checkout and a tax receipt that shows fair market value - no WooCommerce needed.
For nonprofits, schools and churches running a gala or fundraiser auction on their own WordPress site.
Not tax advice.

Inside Bidsheet
A bid sheet for every item on a page guests open on their phones: value, high bid, the next minimum and a big Bid button.
Minimum raises in dollars or as a percent of the high bid, rounded up to a whole dollar.
Countdown to the close. Optionally, a bid in the last minutes adds time, so nobody wins by bidding in the final second (never more than 30 minutes past the planned close).
Buy it now price per item, if you want one.
Bidder numbers and PINs from the check-in table - guests do not need a WordPress account. Only a hash of the PIN is kept.
Checkout
who won what, who still owes, and a button to record payment taken at the table (card, cash or check). Bidsheet does not take payments itself.
The receipt
each item's price, its fair market value and the deductible part (only what was paid above the value, as IRS Publication 1771 says), with the written disclosure for payments over $75 and the acknowledgment wording for $250 or more. It will not print while an item has no value written down or the bill is unpaid.
To fix list
items with no value, a $0 value with no note, a buy-now price under the opening bid, winners who have not paid.
