Matchbook
Asks donors where they work, shows their employer's matching gift form and what it is worth, and reminds them before the deadline.
Employer matches go unclaimed when donors never file the form. Matchbook asks at the moment they care most - right after they give.
Matchbook takes no money and sends nothing anywhere except your donors' email.

Inside Matchbook
The prompt on your donation thank-you page: "Where do you work?" with your known employers as suggestions. If the employer matches, the donor sees the ratio, what their gift could add, the form link and the deadline - straight away.
Your employer list , not a rented database: name, other names donors type ("Riverbend Software Inc." finds "Riverbend Software"), the ratio (1:1, 2:1, 50 cents), the minimum gift, the yearly cap, the deadline rule (90 days from the gift, 30 April the next year, or 31 December) and the form link.
Employers to look up : when a donor names one you do not have, it lands on a list ranked by the gifts waiting on it, with near spellings you already have. Add it, and the waiting donors are emailed at once.
Emails through your site's own mail: the form link, then reminders 30 and 7 days before the deadline. Each email carries a link the donor presses once filed, which stops the reminders.
The board : what could still come in, what donors have filed, what was received, and what was lost to deadlines.
