Proviso
Each state's required charitable registration disclosure on every donation page and receipt, picked by the states your charity is registered in.
For US charities that ask for donations online across state lines.
Not legal advice. Which states you must register in is yours to work out with each state.

Inside Proviso
Florida's statement is built in, word for word from Fla. Stat. 496.411(3), with the Division of Consumer Services' toll-free number and website that the statute asks for, and your registration number.
Every other state
paste the exact statement your registration gives. Proviso supplies no other state's wording - it will not guess at a legal statement.
Where it shows
under the donation pages you tick, or in every page's footer, as ordinary-size text (Florida asks for it to be "conspicuous"). [proviso] puts it anywhere else; [proviso format="text"] gives plain text for a receipt email template.
The page check reads every published page for donation forms (GiveWP, Charitable, Donorbox, PayPal donate links) that will not show the statements.
Renewals
each state's renew-by date, a warning from 60 days out, and an error once a registration has expired.
